姐夫表示《绿灯军团》剧本将重塑哈尔电影形象
这些年姐夫在电影剧本的制作方面已经积累了不少经验，相信他真的能写出一部绿灯神话，对亲儿子哈尔更不会亏待。
Johns promises he’ll “reinvent” the character’s movie presence, with fans eager to forget Martin Campbell’s flick, which starred Ryan Reynolds as Hal Jordan in 2011. Johns (who did consult on that movie) has recognized the mistakes made, and with his cinematic experience a bit more versed now as a key writer in Patty Jenkins’ Wonder Woman franchise, he’s ready for the challenge ahead.
“It’s a complete re-imagining, just like I did Green Lantern: Rebirth in the comics,” Johns said to IGN at Comic-Con International in San Diego, reminding fans it’s going to be more than just Hal teaming up with John Stewart. “[…] If you’ve read my Green Lantern run… it’s very much in line with some stuff we did in there,” he added.
Details are scarce at the moment (with no director or cast in place), but with Johns focusing more on movies than comics via his Mad Ghost Productions, fans can expect something grand in terms of his script given how intimate he is with the property. “I’m going to be hopefully delivering a script that Warner loves and DC likes and they want to make it,” Johns concluded, adding it’s “going to celebrate the mythology and reinvent it in a different way.”
